If you have a specific emergency with your meter outside of our standard operating hours, we are here to help 24/7.

Please only use this service if you are experiencing one of the following urgent situations:
Top-up Issues: You are unable to top up, or you need to replace a lost or damaged meter key/card.
Safety Emergencies: Your meter is hot, smoking, sparking, burning, or causing electric shocks.
Damage or Tampering: You can see visible damage to the meter, loose wires, or suspect the equipment has been tampered with.
Supply & Display Failures: Your meter display is completely blank and you have lost your gas supply.
Professional Advice: You have been directly instructed by an electrician, Gas Safe engineer, or the National Gas Emergency Services to contact your supplier.
